How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Most orders will be shipped out within 24 hours. During busy shopping seasons orders may take longer to process and can take anywhere from 48-72 hours. We will always strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We ship with UPS, Purolator and Canada post. This will depend on what you order and where it is coming from. We have warehouses in Toronto and Vancouver so delivery times will vary depending on where the item is in stock and where it is being sent to. Please note in some cases we ship directly from the manufacturer and these ship times can take a little longer as they have their own shipping processes which we don’t control.

Do you offer free shipping?

Not at this time. Free shipping is not free, it is simply included in the price. In order to keep prices low we cannot mark up our products to include this shipping cost. 

Can I pick up my item in store?

Unfortunately we do not have a retail location at this time. We offer our products directly from our warehouses and for security and insurance reasons we cannot allow customer pickup at this time. Please stay tuned for further information on pickup availability as we are striving to work towards this.

Do you deliver internationally?

Unfortunately we are unable to ship worldwide at this time. We currently ship to Canada only. This may change in the future so stay tuned for more information when we get that set up.
